We understand that mistakes can happen: a wrong entry
in your checkbook or a forgotten automatic payment may
inadvertently cause your account to overdraft.
Starting August 15, 2010 we will no longer provide
overdraft service on your ATM and everyday debit card
transactions unless you give us your permission.
No one plans to overdraw an account. But it’s good to have
options if you do. You’re only charged a fee for this
service if you use it and you can change your mind and
discontinue it at any time. We pay overdrafts at our
discretion, which means we do not guarantee that we will
always authorize and pay any type of transaction.
